This CEO blog promises to reveal the inside track of a third sector leader influencing in Whitehall, championing professionalism and causing a stir.
Sir Stephen Bubb is Chief Executive of ACEVO(Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations www.acevo.org.uk ).
His blog is part of the national Blog archive at the British Library.
It's the content he's been lampooning, not the form it takes. So, I'll make a guess that he'll continue his acerbic commentary
More worthwhile with his time? Not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean the time Robin wastes lampooning? Should he just give up? Or do you mean the time wasted by Stephen in the first place? Or the time wasted worrying about style over substance?(I have wondered for ages why Stephen didn't simply change the design of the blog to wrongfoot Robin). I really don't know what Robin will do. Will he retire in a huff? Seek to redsign his own blog as well? I expect we shall find out shortly...PS Why hide behind "anonymous" for commenting when you could go to the bother of creating a whole persona, with its own name and everything?
I certainly hope we will continue to see the robin blogg. Life would not ne the same without it. It gives great enjoyment to my staff!, and others I'm sure. It acts as a spur to my own blogg writing. And the sector can be so dreary and humourless we need more Robins!
I must confess, I am terribly confused. just got back from lunch with Dame Lucy Latex, (marvellous gal) clicked on the Bubbsters substantial column, and it all became a bit of a blur. Woke up, and all I could see was trees and a bloody great pond. Most disconcerting...shall definitely be steering clear of the flaming sambuccas at lunchtime from now on.
